You would not believe how many pieces I sewed together in the wrong places on these two blocks. Honestly, I only had one (pint) of beer beforehand! And I didn't realize that the first one was going to come out at 9" (rather than 10") so I got totally confused halfway through when I went to square up one of the sections.Anyway, aside from that I like the triangle chain a lot. This week's "z", not so much...

hard to do when you're planning for a different size!
I love the colours of the batiks in the triangle block. Who would have thought that lime green and burgandy would work so nicely together.

Oh! Lookin' good! Your triangle chain is lovely. Great fabrics. I am not sure if I like this week's block or not. I haven't made mine yet, but yours looks terrific!
