Party On

What does one do with all their Friday Block Party blocks? Why they throw a party of course. Here are my blocks joined in a quilty party. I have a few wall flowers. But I'm sure with time they to will find friends they are comfy with and have their own party. The picture above is more focused so you can better see the blocks. The one below is more true to color. With it being rainy I can't get good light for the picture. But at least it is not snowing. That alone may be cause for a party.

It's great that your blocks are not going to just set in a box somewhere. You've put them to good use in a very colorful and cheerful quilt. I like it!

what a lovely, lively quilt. my blocks are sitting in a box (sigh), and sometimes I don't bother making an 8 inch block because it won't fit with the others. but I'll get back to it soon, and admire yours until I do.

Looks wonderful! The variety in the fabrics works really well.

Very Cool! I'm so happy that someone is putting these together! I'm waiting until I have 12 in a "set" and then I hope to do the same...

That is so pretty! I love that you used different colors for the corner stones. (or is that one word: cornerstones). Nice job!

Thanks for throwing the party! I'm inspired to do some catch-up and do something with my blocks, too.
