I have been doing Bear Paws for weeks, it seems like! So many, in fact, that I almost forgot to do this one. I didn't like the way the Aunt Grace fabrics looked set the other way, so I went traditional. Would have been nice to make a bunch of these and set them the other way so the secondary pattern would have shown off. I do like the way this one turned out. The yellow and purple are two of my favorites from this group, too bad they're almost gone - I'd like to use them again.Friday, March 13, 2009

One of my favorite combos as well, the purples and yellows. Nice work on the HSTs.
I think this setting works really well for a single block. And the colours you've used should go with so many others.... :-)
