A Really Good Dream!

I really liked this block and would definitely do it again...it only got wobbly one time during strip sonstruction, but all in all...I think I like it a lot. Completed it measured at 10.5 inches. I am not bothered by the different sizes of the blocks because when it comes time to put them together, I am sure that you all will help me figure all that out. I just love coming here wach week and trying out different blocks. I really love the pinks and blacks together.

Here are my four blocks together:

Looking good.

I really want to thank Quilt Pixie for putting this weekly block meeting together. It keeps my spirits up during the week and I am always excited to see what I will be working on!!!

***Of special note: There is a request on my personal blog from a friend of mine. If you can help her out; it would be greatly appreciated...it is a really great fabric cause!

Have a great week everyone!

your block this week is great Marlene! Those internal squares are looking nice and square, and the points are coming together well.

I like the black and hot pink together too -- makes that pink far from "girly" and moves it into loud and fun (in my book a good thing!) :-)

I like that the black you picked actually has some shading in it, so it doesn't look flat and it give your block some nice dimension. Good job.
