It's raining here today. Hopefully it will give us some relief from the incredibly hot temperatures we've been having. I forgot to close the skylight in my kitchen last night, so I had a small flood in my house this morning. Therefore I thought this week's block was fitting.
It's called 'Storm at Sea' - a very traditional block, but I don't think we have done it yet. It's 12 inches for those who are trying to assemble 12in. blocks.

I would like to have sewn this block, but I can't get the patterns to print out to a 12" block. The size it came out to was 12 3/4" finished (13 1/4" unfinished).
