I was able to kill two birds with one stone this week. I joined a virtual quilting bee last month that has a black and white theme. We make a block as requested by that month's member with fabric provided by that member. This month the member said to make any block we wanted with her fabric. Since I love star blocks, and thought this week's block would work in black and white, this is the block that will be sent back. I think it worked out well. Kathie L in Allentown

I really like Amish Star done in black and white. Can I borrow your idea? I have lots of black and white fabrics that I would love to use.
