what more can I say...I wasn't thrilled with this week's pattern, then I pulled fabrics that would "do" from the precuts and tried to get it done when very tired... only to find out the original peices weren't cut true to size, so all I can say is yuk, bleck, icky.... but done....

So hard on yourself! I rather like your block.
I've had similar issues with some of my pre-cut squares in the past so I make sure I measure them now before I use them.
Your block reminds me of being in a tropical jungle. If this were part of a bigger quilt, I could see parrots and monkeys peeking out from various parts of the quilt.
I think this is kinda cool...I am planning on recuperating over our holiday and working on my missing blocks.
